Chaque pas compte. Et le nombre de pas n’est pas ce qui compte. Chaque pas compte car c’est ainsi que tu saisiras le vrai sens de ton parcours, prends ton temps. En effet, à chaque instant le décor et le fond changent un peu. Ce changement est fait de manière si subtil que l’œil inattentif ne remarque rien. Comme on le dit, on ne se baigne jamais deux fois dans le même fleuve. Alors quand tu t’apprêtes à faire le pas, souviens-toi que tu es le premier à le faire dans de telles conditions. Peu importe celui qui prétend être passé par là, il faut qu’il sache que tout change constamment et d’une manière trop souvent imprévisible. Bizarrement, il n’y a pas d’expert dans la vraie vie. Alors pèlerin, vis tes pas. Chacun d’eux est unique. Aucun d’eux n’est superflu.
Certains t’invitent probablement à sauter, à passer à pieds joints… Garde ta lucidité pèlerin, un pied en avant, un pied en arrière, et ils se changent de places harmonieusement. Si certains tiennent à comparer la longueur de leurs pas, rappelle-toi que pour marcher sur le chemin de sa vocation, on n’a pas besoin de jambe : la conviction suffit.

Loin de toi l’idée que la destination se trouve au bout du chemin ; elle est au contraire à chaque instant que tu arrives à tenir bon, à rester toi-même et à garder le cap.
